I love challenges. My mountain-hiking-tour from Munich to Nice and my 5.000 kilometer bike-tour from Berlin to Malaga were my personal sportive highlights - linked with the positive feeling to courageously pursue and eventually achieve a certain pre-set goal.

My actions are triggered and impelled by enthusiasm, ambitiousness, decidedness and the courage and desire to continuously improve myself.

As a coach and trainer I worked for the Sixt AG, Checkpoint Seminare and Postbank.

Studying in a Master in Training and Development (MTD)- programme at the University of Salzburg (Salzburg Business and Management School), along with my training in becoming a team-and outdoor trainer, my five-years work experience in the field of retailing and advisory, as well as my apprenticeship in a bank, completed my professional career.

In my leasure time, I love running, playing beachvolleyball and cycling. When traveling, I enjoy stays in the mountains especially and are most intrigued by the people of South America.
