As in most cases, a biography’s deeper meaning is only revealed to the person concerned with hindsight and proper reflection of its particular events. This interrelation becomes even more overt if we regard those stations in life supposedly contradictory at first glance.

Prior, while and post to my university studies I have worked as a journalist, among other things, as a newsreader at Radio Schleswig-Holstein. These experiences where then followed by several exciting years as an entrepreneur in a dot-com (ECS-media).

By now, I can draw on manifold experiences from my work as business man, strategy advisor at Boston Consulting Group and my five-year’s practice as leadership and motivational trainer in the EOS-Team and currently, at Courage Courage.

Besides other businesses, I have worked as leadership trainer and coach for Deichmann, Provincial Insurances, the hospital group Vivantes, as well as for the Volksbank.
